Especially when low calorific value blast furnace gas is used, it is affected by unfavorable factors such as large fluctuation of gas pressure, high water content and impurities.

Heating furnace can be divided into three structural forms, which are:

Double-bore horizontal flue gas heating furnace (patent No. ZL 2018 2 2051552.1), the heating furnace adopts two combustion chamber combustion process, high temperature flue gas in the middle of the furnace body after convergence into the flue vertically upward. Two burners can work at the same time, can also work alone, the load regulation ratio is twice the conventional furnace type, two burners each have independent air supply, fuel supply, automatic control and safety interlock protection system, in one device failure does not affect the other device to continue to work, can effectively ensure the continuous operation of the system.

Vertical efficient flue gas heating furnace (patent no. ZL 2017 2 1222421.4), the heating furnace adopts vertical layout, and the flue gas is mixed into an organic whole. The forced air mixing device makes the low temperature flue gas and the combustion high temperature flue gas fully mixed evenly, the heating speed is fast, the structure is compact, the footprint is small, with its own installation bracket, reduce the cost of civil construction.

Direct-fired flue heating furnace (patent NO. ZL 2018 2 2051535.8), the heating furnace is directly installed on the flue, flue is provided with a flue gas distribution pipe designed by flow field analysis, the combustion of high temperature flue gas through the flue gas distribution pipe and low temperature flue gas fully mixed, to achieve uniform temperature. No mixing air device, conveying flue, simplify the system, reduce the volume, reduce the site workload. The outlet of the burner is equipped with fire protection cylinder and heat storage body, which can effectively prevent flameout and improve the success rate of ignition.
